Refund policy

At Asarasi, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an Asarasi product you purchased from Asarasi or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, we’ll send you a replacement product, let you try another flavor. 

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Asarasi 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is limited to original, consumer purchasers in the United States. Guarantee requests must be made within 30 days of your original purchase

If you purchased from Asarasi.com:

To submit a Guarantee request, please contact us by emailing Info@asarasiwater.com. You will be asked to provide your order number and the reason you are unsatisfied with the product. You may also be asked to submit photos of your product or its packaging, or provide other information to assist Asarasi in processing your request. 

If you purchased from an Asarasi Authorized Seller:

If you are unable to return your product to the authorized seller from whom you purchased it, please contact us by emailing Info@asarasiwater.com. Please have available information regarding where and when you purchased your product, and the reason you are unsatisfied with the product. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, and may be asked to submit photos of your product or its packaging or provide other information to assist Asarasi in processing your request.

Asarasi reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Asarasi concludes that the purchaser has abused the Asarasi 30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Asarasi may amend or terminate the Asarasi 30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.  The Customer will be required to provide return shipping and a 50% restocking fee will be applied to any return or exchange before any refund is processed.
